Maintenance Planner – Benin at Coca-Cola

The Maintenance Planner will play a key role in ensuring our production and utility assets are well maintained by planning, scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities. You will ensure the right people, spare parts, tools and resources are available at the right time, helping to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.

You will work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Production and Supply Chain teams to deliver effective maintenance plans and continuously improve maintenance performance.

IS THIS YOU?

• HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years engineering experience within FMCG manufacturing environments.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Practical experience with SAP PM or another CMMS.
• Good knowledge of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance work orders and equipment master data in SAP/CMMS.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Ensure spare parts, tools, manpower and other resources are available before scheduled maintenance.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs including downtime, MTBF, MTTR, schedule compliance and maintenance costs.
• Maintain equipment records, BOMs and maintenance documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance planning, equipment reliability and resource utilization.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, GMP and environmental requirements.
