Maintenance / Mechanical Technician (Feed Mill) at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced Maintenance / Mechanical Technicians to support the efficient operation and maintenance of feed mill equipment within the Aqua / Poultry production division.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of feed mill machinery and equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize production downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults in production equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report equipment issues promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• ND / HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of relevant maintenance experience in a feed mill or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good understanding of workplace safety practices.
