Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Lagos.
- The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervising equipment maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and overseeing all aspects of maintenance and repair activities within the organization.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Maintenance Management, and Equipment Maintenance
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
- Knowledge of industry best practices in equipment maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Relevant technical certification or degree in Engineering or related field
