Maintenance Manager at Peopleware Consulting Ltd

JOB SUMMARY
Oversee all maintenance operations and processes across facilities for efficiency and quality service delivery.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation of same.
• Carry out periodic inspections of facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Ensure proactive maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Keep records of all the day-to-day maintenance and service activities undertaken in each facility.
• Initiate procurement of maintenance supplies/spare parts and oversee inventory/stock.
• Ensure compliance with all Occupational Safety and health administration (OSHA) policies and procedures while carrying out maintenance functions.
• Contribute to the development of maintenance budgets and track maintenance expenses.
• Document / prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering or other related field.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of the technical features of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Previous managerial experience is desired.
• Good report writing and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of facilities, machines and equipment.
