Maintenance Engineer at Superflux International Limited

Principal Accountabilities:

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance
• Promptly attend to faults reported by the production team and ensure minimum turnaround time for the repair activities.
• Maintain track of each problem to enable the establishment of the root cause analysis.
• Monitor consumption and track the stock levels of spares and consumables for each machine.
• Assist machine operators on all possible aspects to achieve target output.
• Train the machine operators.
• Fine tune machines from time to time and always ensure that the machines are tuned appropriately to achieve the targeted output
• Assist in the implementation of processes.
• Maintain appropriate records and documentation for all the engineering and maintenance activities.
• Ensure smooth handover of maintenance activities from one shift to the other.

Qualifications: 

• B.Sc. or HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in same role.
