Maintenance Cleaner at Ayara Ibile Limited

Ayara Ibile Limited is a registered start-up Dispatch Logistics and Real Estate Consultancy, Marketing and Management firm. Our focus is to expand our operation across and beyond Lagos.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform cleaning duties according to established standards and procedures, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
2. Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchen areas, and common areas as required, ensuring they are maintained in a tidy and hygienic condition.
3. Empty trash containers and properly dispose of waste, adhering to recycling and waste management guidelines.
4. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
5. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly to prevent accidents and injuries.
6. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
7. Uphold professional conduct and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and colleagues.
8. Follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a Cleaner or similar role, preferably in a commercial or residential cleaning environment.
2. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
7. Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
8. Integrity and reliability in maintaining confidentiality and respecting clients' privacy.
9. Must reside around Yaba Lagos, Nigeria.
