Job Description

• The Machine Supervisor/Operator is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of production machinery to ensure efficient, safe, and quality-driven manufacturing processes.
• This role involves supervising machine operators, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with production schedules and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation & Supervision: Operate production machines and supervise operators to ensure smooth workflow and optimal machine performance.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve mechanical issues; coordinate routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality during production and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Team Coordination: Manage and train machine operators, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain production logs, downtime records, and report machine performance and incidents to management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 1 - 10 years work experience.
