Who We Are

Louis Valentino Food and Beverages is a major manufacturer of potato snacks and flavored drinks. The company was formed in October 2014 to continue the development, manufacturing and marketing of POPCY Potato Crisp and Flavored drinks.

Today,the company has  increased product quality, production capacity and storage capacity. All these were possible owing new investments in modern production facilities, warehouse facilities and human capacity. The company is situated at Dei-Dei Abuja.
 

ROLE BRIEF: As a machine operator you will also be a fabricator, mechanic, craftsman . you will work with heavy machinery on the factory floor, mechanically based machines to make sure they are set up properly, working well, and producing high-quality products in a safe environment. you will make sure the machines are working at full capacity,  stocked with the necessary materials and are well maintained.

Responsibility

Typical tasks include:

• maintaining the factory machinery
• ensuring the smooth and efficient running of machines
• carrying out routine maintenance
• fixing machines that have broken down
• ensuring enough raw materials are fed into the machines
• conducting periodic checks on output efficiency
• occasionally removing and packing finished products
• gaining a thorough knowledge of a wide range of factory machinery and how it works
• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery.
• Operate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process.
• Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected.
• Work with others in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.
• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum OND in an engineering ,technical or related field
• minmum 5 years experience.
• Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work and communicate well with others.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
