Machine Operator at ICS Outsourcing

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Machine Operator to operate and monitor packaging and processing equipment, ensuring efficient production, product quality, and compliance with safety and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines to achieve daily targets.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Report machine faults, safety concerns, and operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Support equipment servicing, installation, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating packaging or processing machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with powder and liquid processing/packaging equipment is an advantage.
• Good understanding of machine operations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and food safety practices.
