Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role based in Lagos for a Machine Operator. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, monitoring machinery to ensure proper function, carrying out routine quality control, and following designated safety and operational guidelines. They will also work closely with the team to meet production goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and working with Machinery
- Understanding of Quality Control principles and processes
- Experience in using and maintaining Hand Tools
- Strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in machine operation is a plus
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
