Machine Operator at Century Industrial Fze

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery in our diaper manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient machine operation, maintain high production standards, and adhere to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machines to ensure optimal performance and output.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Inspect machine output to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Set up machines according to specifications for each production run.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols during operations.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the maintenance and quality control teams.
• Keep accurate records of production output and machine performance.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment around the machinery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience operating production machinery, preferably in an FMCG or diaper manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of machine operation, maintenance procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual tasks and operate machinery for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
