Machine Operator and Installation Master at Julius Berger

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supervise laboratory activities and testing operations
• Advise management and projects on material engineering matters
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental requirements
• Manage training and development of laboratory personnel
• Oversee testing plans, documentation, and reporting
• Support resolution of material-related non-conformities
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams

Job Requirements
What skills should you have?

• Technical training e.g. Construction equipment operator, road builder, concrete builder, agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician. Comparable practice qualification possible
• Experience with heavy construction machinery
• Experience in concrete road construction, ideally with WIRTGEN sliding formwork pavers
• Knowledge of machine control, hydraulics and measurement
• Operating permission, driving licence and HSE instructions
• Willingness to work shifts, changing construction sites and outdoor work
• Safety awareness, reliability, teamwork and careful working methods
