    Lubricant Sales Executive- Walk In Drive

    Qualifications and Skills
    Qualification:

    • Minimum: National Diploma (ND), Polytechnic Diploma, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
    • Preferred: Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in lubricants or related automotive products.
    • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales and managing a sales territory is highly preferred.

    Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex product information clearly.
    • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to overcome objections.
    • Experience with CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and generate reports.

    Personal Attributes:

    • Results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Strong customer focus with a consultative approach to sales.
    • Highly organized, able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

    Must/compulsory:

    • Lubricant sales or automobile industry experience is a must.

    • Working Hours: Full-time, may include weekends and holidays depending on the business schedule.
