Job Summary

• Run a safe, efficient, high-performing gas plant operation.
• Our client is seeking an experienced LPG Plant Manager to oversee the safe and efficient operation of its LPG plant, ensuring optimal output, regulatory compliance, and top-tier safety standards. Ideal for a technically strong leader with hands-on gas plant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations, including filling, storage, and distribution of LPG
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Manage plant maintenance schedules to minimise downtime
• Supervise plant personnel and coordinate shift operations
• Monitor stock levels, production output, and equipment performance
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective/preventive safety measures

What We're Looking For

• B.Eng / HND
• 5-7 years' experience in LPG/gas plant operations, with at least 2 in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of LPG handling, safety regulations, and DPR/NMDPRA requirements
• Proven leadership and crisis-management skills
• Relevant safety certifications (HSE, NEBOSH, or equivalent) an advantage.
