Job Brief

• We are looking for a Plant Manager for our Gas Plant. The right candidate will handle and coordinate daily activity at the plant, which may include handling customer complaints while ensuring the steady supply of gas at all times, and effectively managing all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

• Overseer the day-to-day operations as it relates to the gas plant.
• Oversee and track daily inventory level and stocking activities.
• Prepare financial sales record on excel
• Provide a clear sense of direction and focus to all staff
• Monitor & enforce compliance to safety procedures
• Foster a cooperative and motivating spirit amongst staff

Requirements

• Minimum Requirement HND or B.Sc
• 1 - 3 years work experience
• Good analytical & critical thinking
• Ability to create accountability and lead by example
• Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
• Ability to use accounting software for sales analysis and inventory reconciliation
