LPG Cashier at Bomart Integrated Services

We are seeking an experienced Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, accompanying trucks on every supply of gas. Maintain accurate records on transactions. 

 Responsibilities 

• Interface with the customer and update the internal sales team and the internal accounts auditor before and after the supply. 
• Process payment for accounts and issue receipts.
• Maintain records to allow easy disbursement, reconciliation, and replenishment.
• Create and maintain records of cash requests and disbursements.
• File all documents concerning cash or bank payment and collection.
• Respond to queries regarding approvals, payment limits, retirement deadlines, etc.
• Keep records of amounts received and paid, and regularly checks the cash balance against the record. 
• Prepare daily and weekly Sales Collections for review by the logistics team lead and audit accounts officer.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in LPG.
• Perform every other task as assigned by your reporting line.
• Meet or exceed KPIs set by the Line Managers and Management.
