    Lounge Operations Manager

    Ref no: Lounger Operations Manger/LOS/ALML/011

    Location: Lagos ATO

    Role Purpose

    The successful candidate is to ensure the smooth day to day running of the lounge, ensuring that a 5-star service is delivered to Passengers, by managing the catering & cleaning services provided to Passenger.

    Responsibilities not limited to  

    • Create an environment for employees that is aligned with the company culture through constant communication and reinforcement
    • Leading, motivating, developing and directing the team to maximise effiency in customer service.
    • Create an environment at the Lounge designed to stimulate all senses through personal services, amenities and experiences provided by employees
    • Inspect the lounge on an ongoing basis and take appropriate steps to ensure facilities meet or exceed company standards at all time
    • Work to achieve revenue and profit goal
    • Assist in the implementation of the sales and marketing plan for Lounge by keeping current on competitors on a regular basis
    • Creating an environment where constant improvement is actively encouraged and recognised.
    • Ensuring all staff are trained to deliver a customer focused service.
    • Ensuring all staff are performance managed to quality set objectives.
    • Completing monthly Stock takes.
    • Overseeing the ordering of all food and consumables.
    • Ensuring all Health & Safety and Food & Safety legislation is adhered to.
    • Completing Staff Roster
    • To ensure smooth day to day running of Lounge.
    • Continually bring added value to the contract though innovation and pro-activeness.
    • Provide management reports in coordination with the Account Manager.
    • To financially manage the contract within the terms of reference, working towards achieving financial and nonfinancial targets. 

    Requirements

    • Should have a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of job-related experience.
    • Providing exceptional service (especially to HNIs)
    • Hospitality Industry Experience is a added advantage
    • Proven supervisory / team management experience
    • Good grasp of MS Office suite
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Proactive & flexible in solving problems
    • Travel industry/Customer service experience and multilingual proficiency will be an advantage. Should have strong negotiation skill, leadership skills and innovative mindset 

    Highly desirable:

    • Airport Executive Lounge experience
