Logistics Operations Manager at Armotale Express

• use IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs

•  Plan routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.  
• Book deliveries and liaise with customers.
• Ensure that shipments are conscientiously recorded in the daily delivery route sheets before couriers embark on their daily delivery activities. - ensure effective and timely delivery of consignments within the city and on-forwarding locations on agreed delivery time frame. - ensure effective monitoring of e-commerce activities (pick-ups, deliveries, and daily remittance of cash to finance department.  
•  Reconfirm all undelivered shipments in line with the returned reasons. - submit operations weekly/monthly pick-up and delivery productivity analysis report.
•  weekly/monthly operations reports to include logistics vehicle/consignment movement report; weekly package/volume generation report; inbound and outbound report; delivery/pickup productivity analysis report; service failure/incident reports.

Desired Skills and Experience 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certificate or technical certificate in transport management or relevant discipline. 
• Minimum of 5 years experience in transport and logistics operations. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Knowledge of supply chain core processes and logistics business
