• Provide a safe working environment, adherence to HSE procedures, EMS and ensure they are understood and practised by the team at all times.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipts, storage and dispatch of quality stocks.
• Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meet customer's timescales/requirements in line with QMS standard.
• Supervise and control order picking, quality goods in, quality goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
• Organise, facilitate and manage stock takes at regular internals.
• Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the company's procedures and requirements.
