Logistics Inventory Officer at Callmycab Services Ltd

• We are seeking a detailed, oriented, and experienced logistics inventory officer to join our team. 
• The logistics officer will be responsible for overseeing  efficient management and following up on trip bookings.
• This role requires flexibility and ensures that all drivers are monitored and followed up.
• The successful candidate will work closely with teams from other companies.

Key responsibilities:

• Register and document drivers\' records.
• Plan and coordinate transportation or haulage.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, transactions, receipts, and logbook returns.
• Collaborate with the project manager and other teams to  ensure standard services.
• Prepare weekly and monitor reports on bookings and trips.
• Handle administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.

Skills and Competencies:

• Attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability  to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced  environment. problem-solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Strong customer orientation.

Qualification:

• Minimum of HND OR B.SC in any related feild.
• At least 2-4 years of experience.
