Logistics Coordinator at Alles Charis Gas Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics activities including product dispatch and fleet movement across stations.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely distribution of LPG products.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and operational records.
• Support inventory tracking and reporting related to product movement.
• Communicate effectively with station managers, drivers, and operational teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and resolve logistics challenges affecting delivery timelines or operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company safety standards and operational procedures.
• Support reporting and analysis of logistics performance where required.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze operational issues and support problem-solving.
• Proficiency in record keeping and logistics documentation.
• Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Familiarity with logistics coordination, fleet management, or distribution operations is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in logistics coordination, transportation operations, or supply chain support will be an added advantage.
