Logistics Advisor II at Habrams Energy

• We are looking for an experienced Logistics Advisor II to provide logistics expertise in support of offshore and onshore drilling operations. The successful candidate will oversee logistics activities across marine, aviation, warehousing, transportation, and materials management, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics operations supporting drilling activities.
• Conduct in-country scouting trips to assess logistics requirements.
• Supervise warehouse and supply base operations, including the movement of personnel, materials, equipment, vessels, trucks, and aircraft.
• Coordinate import/export activities and maintain compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
• Support contract tendering for logistics services, including marine, aviation, warehousing, stevedoring, and customs clearing.
• Manage inventory and material movement to offshore and onshore rig locations.
• Collaborate with Production, Projects, Drilling, and Exploration teams to ensure efficient logistics support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably within upstream oil and gas or drilling operations.
• Strong planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of logistics operations, SSHE, inventory management, marine operations, and maintenance coordination.
• Excellent communication, analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
