Locum Pharmacist at Troop Pharmacy

As a Locum Pharmacist:

• Offering advice to patients on their disease condition, the symptoms, the pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches to managing the condition.
• Pharmacovigilance; Discovering and reporting Drug Therapy Problems to the appropriate bodies.
• Processing prescription and dispensing medication.
• Drug evaluation and monitoring of medication outcome (Patient documentation and follow up)
• Inventory Handling (Out-of-stock compilation, etc.)

Schedule Mondays to Fridays

Afternoon Shift - 3:30pm to 9:30pm

Saturdays

Afternoon Shift - 4:00 to 9:30pm

Sundays

Alternate Sundays from 3:00pm to 8:00pm

Location: Okota Branch.
