    Loan Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Evaluate creditworthiness and process loan applications and documentation within specified time limits.
    • Maintain and update account records.
    • Access customer needs and introduce suitable product offerings in line with the identified needs.
    • -Complete loan contracts and educate clients on applicable terms and conditions.
    • Ensure timely repayment of disbursed loan and maintaining quality loan portfolio.
    • Operate in compliance with laws and regulation guiding Microfinance institutions.

    Qualifications

    • HND / BSc from a reputable institution.
    • 24 to 35 years of age
    • Proven working experience as a Loan Officer in a Microfinance institution, Finance house or any related experirnce.
    • Sales/marketing skills
    • Analytical and Organizational skills
    • Customer-centric and service-oriented.
    • Resilient and Goal driven
    • Self-motivated and ability to work with little or no supervision.
    • Strong ethical behavior and compliance with rules and regulations guiding Microfinance institutions.
