Loan Officer / Savings Officer at eProcess Consulting Limited

Location: Mile 12, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate the Credit Worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation per company policy
• Ensure achievement of Monthly Loan target
• Determine all applicable metrics and ratios and set up debt repayment plans
• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility, the feasibility of granting loans and justify decisions for approval and rejections
• Go the extra mile to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and develop a referral network
• Carry out customer address search and verification exercise
• Support the team lead on Recovery and other related transaction.

Minimum Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND / OND / NCE
• One year or more experience in a similar field is an added advantage.
• Candidate must be fluent in English, Hausa and Yoruba.
