    Loan Officer

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Meet with clients to discuss their financial goals and assess their loan needs.
    • Collect and analyze financial information, credit reports, and other relevant documents for loan applications.
    • Evaluate applicants' creditworthiness, considering factors such as income, employment history, and debt levels.
    • Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies throughout the loan approval process.
    • Effectively communicate with clients, providing clear explanations of loan terms, conditions, and any required adjustments.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually agreeable loan agreements.
    • Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and lending products to offer competitive and relevant services.

    QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

    • BSC/HND in any related field from recognized institution.
    • 1-2 years experience as a loan officer 
    • experience in banking, lending, or a related financial field 
    • Risk management understanding 
    • Problem solving skills
    • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements related to lending.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
