Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Officer, located in Lagos. The Loan Officer will evaluate and process loan applications, assess applicants' creditworthiness, and ensure compliance with lending policies and guidelines. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing loan portfolios, and ensuring prompt loan recovery. Effective collaboration with other teams to meet organizational goals will also play a key part in day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Loan Origination and Loan Officer functions
• Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to build strong client relationships
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree ,
• Proven experience in a loan officer or related role is highly desirable
