Loading Supervisor at Tempo Paper Pulp and Packaging Plc

Job Description

• Supervise all loading operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure that loading is carried out strictly based on approved dispatch/loading plans.
• Coordinate with Packing, Warehouse, and Sales teams to align loading schedules.
• Verify loading list against actual materials before and during loading.
• Ensure correct products (grade, size, quantity) are loaded as per customer order.
• Confirm truck suitability before loading (cleanliness, flooring condition, structural integrity).
• Ensure proper arrangement and stacking of goods to prevent damage during transit.
• Supervise loaders and forklift operators for safe and efficient handling of materials.
• Ensure all loaded trucks are properly covered and secured before dispatch.
• Monitor loading time and ensure adherence to turnaround time targets.
• Generate and confirm loading and dispatch documentation (packing list, loading list, etc.).
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately.
• Ensure compliance with all ISO & FSSC safety regulations during loading operations.
• Maintain discipline, order, And housekeeping within the loading area.
• Liaise with Maintenance for repair of loading equipment and tools.
• Provide daily reports on loading activities and challenges.
• Perform any other duty as assigned by management
