Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, pallets, and shelves.
• Move materials to designated areas using manual or mechanical equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Stack and organize products in storage or on pallets according to size and weight.
• Ensure accurate counts and proper handling of items to prevent damage.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock organization.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Clean and maintain the loading/unloading area and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience as a loader, warehouse worker, or similar role is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to [X] lbs) regularly.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overtime as required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
