LMS & Learner Success Officer

Key responsibilities
- Upload and maintain lessons, quizzes, certificates, and resources in TutorLMS.
- Resolve learner access and technical issues.
- Manage YouTube uploads, playlists, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails.
- Track learner progress and support completion campaigns.
- Maintain learner records and monthly reports.
What we are looking for
- Experience with TutorLMS, Learn Dash, Moodle, Thinkific, Kajabi, Teachable, or similar.
- Familiarity with WordPress and YouTube Studio.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting online learners is an advantage.
