Core Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent and positive role model, fostering values of respect, accountability, and confidence.
• Support academic performance and intellectual curiosity through structured learning and enrichment activities.
• Establish and uphold balanced routines around study, recreation, rest, and digital engagement.
• Manage daily schedules and ensure smooth coordination of educational and extracurricular commitments.
• Encourage emotional maturity, etiquette, and appropriate social behaviour.
• Provide calm guidance, applying firm but considerate discipline when required.
• Accompany the family on both domestic and international travels as needed.
• Maintain a high level of discretion, professionalism, and respect for household confidentiality at all times

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor Degree qualified in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
• with 5 - 10 years experience.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or supervising adolescents within private households, schools, or structured youth programs
• Exceptionally well-spoken, cultured, and articulate.
• Tech-savvy and capable of managing modern learning and lifestyle tools.
• Mature, emotionally grounded, and able to balance empathy with authority
• Flexible to travel and live in as required; must be single and able to independently manage periods of sole responsibility for the child.
• Outstanding discretion, professionalism, and presentation.
