Litigation Lawyer at Acacia Law Firm

A very busy law firm  in Abuja, is looking to hire an experienced litigation lawyer with minimum 6 years post call experience.
Requirements:

• Must have been called to the Nigerian bar.
• Must be well versed in Litigation and Regulatory Compliance
•  Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be attentive to details.
• Must have a good command of English Language and must possess good speaking and writing skills.
• Must reside in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory.
• Must be passionate about litigation and research.
• Must be hardworking and always ready to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Litigation on behalf of the firm.
• Regulatory Compliance filings and due diligence activities.
• Drafting and Reviewing Agreements on behalf of the firm.
• Conducting researches and advising the firm on changing laws and corporate best practices.
