    Listing Agent

    Duties

    • Use local real estate knowledge and a network of contacts in Nigeria to source partners with suitable property opportunities where Caviers business model can operate and create value
    • Driving all aspects of partner relationships including business development, enablement, partner marketing and solution development
    • Identifying partners that are strategically well-positioned to accelerate the companies growth and develop strong, long-term partnerships with relevant parties
    • Negotiating big deal constructs and agreements directly
    • Managing partner pipeline and grow the channel to 5X in 6 months
    • Creating a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
    • Travel to various buildings/cities as required

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, H.N.D or its equivalent in any relevant field.
    • Must reside on Lagos 
    • Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience
    • Best fit candidate must demonstrate resourcefulness 
    • Superb written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong people skills
    • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Customer service orientation
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Must be able to manage time and people efficiently
    • Able to work under pressure
    • Must be emotionally intelligent
    • Ability to be discreet and professional
