    Life Planner

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a driven, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Life Planner to help individuals, families, and businesses achieve financial security through tailored life insurance and financial planning solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting clients, conducting needs assessments, recommending suitable insurance products, and building long-term client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
    • Conduct financial needs analyses to understand clients\' protection, savings, investment, and retirement goals.
    • Recommend suitable life insurance and financial planning solutions based on clients\' needs.
    • Build, maintain, and manage long-term relationships with clients.
    • Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and follow-up engagements.
    • Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business growth targets.
    • Educate clients on insurance products, benefits, and financial planning strategies.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Provide excellent after-sales service and periodic policy reviews. 

    Requirements

    • OND in any discipline.
    • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Financial Services, or Insurance (preferred).
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good presentation and customer service skills.
    • Basic knowledge of financial planning and insurance products is an added advantage.
