    Liaison Officer / Field Worker

    Job Description

    • A liaison officer acts as a crucial link and point of contact between two or more entities (organisations, communities, government agencies, etc.) to facilitate communication, coordinate activities, and resolve conflicts.

    • Communication & Information Flow
    • Coordination of Activities.
    • Conflict Resolution & Mediation
    • Reporting & Documentation
    • Field-Specific Duties

    Requirements

    • Experience in a liaison or similar role
    • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
    • Capable of multitasking and managing priorities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
