This role bridges frontline field execution and core network engineering. You will provide escalation support, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical leadership—stepping in when complexity increases, and standards matter most.
You will support:
Starlink Enterprise (L2 / L3) networking
Medium to large IT networking projects
Private LTE network deployments
Integration of field infrastructure into data centres
Key Responsibilities
Provide back-office technical support for enterprise field operations
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimise enterprise connectivity systems
Execute remote commissioning and site deployments
Prepare weekly network availability and performance reports
Implement approved change requests and work orders
Travel nationwide (~50%) to resolve escalated field issues
Provide technical oversight to third-party engineers and contractors
Support, guide, and mentor Level 1 Engineers
Uphold very high standards of professionalism in execution and documentation
