Legal Practitioner at Resource Intermediaries Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization on various legal matters, including contracts, regulations, and compliance.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure they align with the company's interests and legal requirements.
• Assist in managing and overseeing legal disputes, litigation, and other legal actions involving the company.
• Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting the organization.
• Maintain accurate and organized legal documentation, contracts, and records.
• Identify and assess potential legal risks and provide strategies for mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel as needed to achieve legal objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a reputable institution.
• Qualified and licensed to practice law in Nigeria.
• 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in a legal role.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
