• This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Practitioner at Carrillion Construction in Lagos. The Legal Practitioner will be responsible for handling legal matters, providing legal consulting, addressing legal issues, and effective communication within the organization.

• Support compliance projects, with a focus on navigating data privacy regulations effectively.
• Conduct thorough legal research and keep our team informed of relevant laws and regulations.
• Work closely with legal counsel to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements and Skills

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law or International Law; an LLM would be a plus.
• At least 2-3 years of international experience in legal/commercial matters related to SaaS contracts.
• A strong understanding of GDPR and other data privacy regulations to ensure compliance.
• Exceptional attention to detail for documenting complex contractual arrangements.
• A proactive and collaborative work style that encourages teamwork and innovation.
• Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills to effectively convey legal concepts.
