Legal Officer at Softnoon Holdings

Duties

•   Giving accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal issues/topics.
•   Collaborating with management to devise efficient defense strategies for the company.
• · Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights are protected.
•   Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.) creating relations of trust.
•  Provide clarifcation on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization.
•  Conduct your work with intergrity and responsibly.
•  Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues.
• ·Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
•   Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies on refund issues.
• Advise the executives and employees on changes to the laws affectingthe company
•  Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies, legislatures and the community at large.
•  Overseeing deliveryof legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities.

REQUIREMENTS

• LL.B Degree
• 2- 5 years experience post call to bar.
