Legal Manager (Commercial)

Description
- You will oversee all legal matters for the company including the drafting and review of agreements, contracts, MOUS, SLAs, and letters of award.
- You will maintain an up-to-date contract schedule.
- You will ensure that the company complies with statutory and contractual requirements and provide in-depth legal opinions on various issues affecting the Group and its subsidiaries.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an LLB and B.L Degree with a minimum of 6 years' experience.
- An MBA will be an added advantage.
