    Legal Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Draft, review, and refine email responses relating to client inquiries on legal documentation (e.g., contracts, title documents, allocation letters, deed of assignment, etc.).
    • Serve as the liaison between the Legal Department and Customer Service/Client Success teams.
    • Translate legal terms and procedures into client-friendly, professional language.
    • Track and manage client documentation statuses to support accurate and timely updates.
    • Maintain and update legal response templates and communication SOPs.
    • Collaborate with internal legal counsel to ensure all outbound information is compliant and correct.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • A degree in Law (LL.B), Legal Studies, or related discipline. (Pre-NYSC or currently serving corps member is an advantage) 
    • 1–2 years' experience in legal support, legal admin, or client-facing legal communication (real estate experience is a strong advantage).
    • Strong legal writing and communication skills—must be able to draft clearly and professionally.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive under tight timelines.
    • Tech-savvy and familiar with using documentation tools, Google Live Sheets, Microsoft Outlook, and other platforms 
    • Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
