Job status: Part time (Freelance)

Job Description

• Provide legal advice on different issues and matters affecting the company
• Assist in drafting and preparing legal documents for the company
• Reviewing & analyzing various materials and agreements entered into by the company with other parties
• Advise on relevant statutory laws and regulations applicable to the company and ensure compliance with them
• Advise in KYC compliance for our site users

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor degree in Law and must have been called to the bar
• Preference would be given to candidates residing around Ikeja, Agege, Ojudu, Lagos Mainland and environs.
