Rayhaan University, Birnin Kebbi is amongst the newly (2023) licensed private universities in Nigeria. The University will commence undergraduate studies in the 2023/2024 academic session, with 15 take-off academic programmes approved by the National Universities Commission (NUC).

Candidates should possess Master's Degree from a recognized institution in any of the following areas: Computer Science, ICT, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Physics, Electronics, Forensic Science OR related areas of specialization with at least five (5) years cognate experience and should demonstrate ability to carry out research in their areas of specialization.
Possession of a PhD is an added advantage.
Membership of professional bodies (where applicable) is also an added advantage.
