Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in leasing software and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new leasing opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building with potential lessees.
• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct credit checks and assess creditworthiness of potential lessees.
• Manage lease renewals, terminations, and amendments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and finance teams.
