This role is responsible for managing the leasing and logistics businesses of the company. It involves the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure the effective and efficient operation of the businesses.
Essentially, the role will research, develop and implement leasing and logistics sales and growth plans.
Job Scope and Responsibilities
Support the General Manager, Mobility to develop and achieve leasing and logistics business objectives
Develop and implement annual strategic business plans for leasing and logistics businesses
Identify business opportunities by researching and analyzing existing and potential customer needs.
Develop and deploy customized leasing products and services specific to customers’ needs.
Ensure efficient and effective management of vehicles, including maintenance, scheduling, and record-keeping
Liaise with GM Mobility to set revenue targets and KPIs for leasing and logistics teams to effectively manage business activities
Develop a marketing plan for attracting new customers and retaining the existing ones.
Ensure the development and implementation of business and operations strategies
Develop proposals and quotations for existing and prospective customers
Possess a rich bouquet of leasing customers for immediate business conversion
Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve business performance
Participate in trade shows and conventions to showcase products and services
Provide regular performance reports to GM Mobility on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new and existing products and services
Organize interactive sessions for existing, prospective and potential clients to drive interaction and provide more confidence in leasing and logistics products and services
Design and maintain effective customer complaints handling procedures
Design, implement and continually review the customer satisfaction system in relation to leasing and logistics products and services
Advise customers on available leasing and logistics product and service options
Provide strong leadership and ensure clear strategic objectives are in place.
Develop job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
Effectively manage personnel within the operations to reduce costs while attaining the strategic goals and objectives of the business
Promote company's core values (Integrity, Care for the future, Accountability, Reliability, Respect for people and Excellence) and a strong team culture
Coach and mentor team members towards delivering outstanding leasing and logistics experience to customers.
