Learning and Development Officer at Egatee Online Ecommerce

Job summary

• We are looking for a skilled Learning and Development (L&D) Officer to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge.
• Your goal will be to help our company succeed by training and developing its personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs/ training contents
• Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors in identifying individual and team development needs.
• Review individual and organizational development needs across the organization
• Organize e-learning courses٫ learning materials, training manuals, Presentations, workshops and other training
• Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities while maintaining accurate records and reporting on key metrics.
• Oversee learning and development budgets and negotiate contracts
• Manage ITF and reimbursements processes
• Design and deliver engaging and interactive training programs that align with business objectives and enhance employee capabilities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and assessments, and make necessary improvements based on the results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge programs.

Qualifications:

• .Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• .2-4 years of experience in the e-commerce or consulting space, with a focus on learning and development.
• .Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
• .Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• .Experience in designing and delivering a variety of training formats, such as classroom training, e-learning, webinars, and workshops.
• .Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and analyze data to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
