Job Description

• Ensures that talent and learning strategies are fully implemented.
• Ensures the closure of identified employee competency gaps via the proper identification of learning needs, planning, and roll-out of appropriate learning interventions. 
• Identify and access future and current development needs in a close cooperation with managers.
• Draw the learning and development plan that addresses needs. 
• Develop multimedia visual aids, presentations and e-learning modules.
• Establish a training schedule and ensure timely development of training. 
• Create clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations. 
• Conduct new hire orientation Program.
• Monitor the training budget and provide ongoing reporting and analysis of training activities. 
• Ensure and design talent development measures. 
• Provide support for the implementation of the talent management process. 
• Prepare periodic reports on the business impact.
• Develop contents relevant to different staff needs on the LMS.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in relevant role. 
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline. 
• HR qualifications is an added advantage (e.g. CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc.)
