    Leads Generator - Real Estate

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our real estate team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and qualify potential leads—both buyers and sellers—for our property consultants and sales agents.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research and identify new lead sources using online platforms, social media, and industry tools
    • Qualify leads by assessing interest, need, and readiness to engage with a real estate agent
    • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments for sales agents.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies.
    • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead targets 

    Qualifications & Skills

    • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales (real estate experience is a plus)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
    • Comfortable using CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and online research tools
    • Basic knowledge of the real estate market is preferred but not required.
