Lead Tendering Engineer at Cakasa Maintenance Services Limited

• We are seeking an experienced Lead Tendering Engineer to join our team and lead the preparation and submission of competitive technical and commercial tenders within Nigeria's oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tendering activities including EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, ITTS, prequalification, and negotiated proposals.
• Develop bid strategies, technical proposals, cost estimates, pricing submissions, schedules, and commercial documents.
• Coordinate inputs from Engineering, Projects, Procurement, HSE, QA/QC, Finance, Legal, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, NipeX/NJQS, Nigerian Content obligations,
• regulatory requirements, and tender submission standards.
• Manage tender reviews, clarifications, negotiations, approvals, and handover of successful bids to project execution teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in the oil & gas industry, with at least 5 years in tendering, proposals, estimating, or commercial bid management.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary tender teams and preparing EPC/EPCI, construction, maintenance, brownfield, shutdown, or commissioning bids.
• Strong knowledge of NipeX/NJQS, Nigerian Content requirements, cost estimation, pricing, and contract/commercial risk management.
• Excellent technical writing, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
