    • Exposure to tech skills in teaching
    • Strictler to performance and Iindex
    • Emotional Intelligence skills
    • Chairing skills
    • Mentorship skills
    • Mediating
    • Demonstrator
    • A good listener
    • Maintain discipline with in accordance with rules and diciplinary system 
    • Provide appropraite and timely feedback
    • Encourage and Monitor the progress of Individual Student
    • Use information to adjust teaching Strategies
    • Maintain accurate and complete records of student progress and development
